What Causes Throat Congestion Along With Nausea And Chest Pain?

Hi Doctors, I have been having symptoms that are now beginning to worry me. I have gone to the doctor every time something different arises but he always has some excuse for it. So first I have been having a phelmy throat for a few months. I constantly have to clear it and it s gross. I m nauseous with it. The other symptom is a get this massive sharp pain in my chest that comes when I m resting or doing work around the house. I randomly run out of breath and become wheezy. I went to the ER because of the chest pain but they said my ecg looked pretty normal. I also have had sever pain in my gut on the left side. I have lightheadedness. Last week when I had the chest pain I have had a neck pain that goes to the base of skull down to my shoulders. I take Advil but it doesn t really seem to help. What are something I can ask my doctor to help me?

at the begining you should know that these symptoms refer to having underlying disease or infection that should be detected.......from your words it may begin with common cold thaen secindery bacterial infection occured

myositis may occur with bacterial infection that means you feel pain of chest and shoulders when moving or breathing because muscles get pain and no worry of that

...and then the infection symptoms come again and again because you dont have the course of antibiotic recommended for treatment of suspected bacterial infection
....discuss with your doctor to do throat swab and antibiotic sensitivity test to detect the cause and treatment will be simple...

other cause very important is your stress and anxiety....as stress suppress immune system and cause recurrent infection.......you should also do chest x ray for diagnosis of any lung abnormalities
