What Causes Throat Discomfort After A Spinal Discectomy?
I had a spinal discectomy in my c5-6. In June, right after I noticed a feeling of something in throat. . Surgeon said it should go away. It didn t now my thyroid is enlarged and my voice sounds hoarsed most days. I had my ultrasound d just today. Could it all just be from the surgery?

Consult an ent specialist and get evaluated. As first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.
