What Causes Throat Discomfort And Difficulty In Breathing?
My daughter keeps saying her throat feels funny and she can t breathe. I ve taken her to the doctor twice and all respritory things are fine. I m leaning towards some sort of food allergy but I can t find the link to what she s been eating and drinking.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of throat discomfort and difficulty in breathing which seems to be due to post nasal drip, acid reflux, asthma or chest infection .
I would suggest you to do warm saline gargles thrice a day , take steam and also take over the counter anti histamine like benadryl twice a day .
If condition doesn't get better then consult chest specialist for chest infection
If breathing difficulty persist then immediately visit emergency .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
