Sir, in last 2 days I felt that any disturbance in my throat such as sore throat, some time couph happen and mainly pain in my both ears. Sir I m 19 yr old. Is it a throat cancer??? I m very afraid about this.one thing more I smoked heavily but last 2 days I didn t smoked...
Hi. Sorry to hear about your problem. I have thoroughly read your question and i understand you concerns. Seeing upon your description, it seems that you are suffering from a throat infection. Throat is connected to middle ear cavities of both sides with a tube that we call eustichian tube. Infection from throat can spread to middle ear through this route and exactly opposite can also happen. So i am suspecting that your throat infection is also affecting your ears. Keeping in view your age and the duration of illness, a suspician of a cancer is highly unlikely (probability almost equal to zero). All you need is a short course of appropriate antibiotics ( pennicillins like amoxycillin+clavulanic acid or flouroquinolones like ciprofloxacin) and additionally you may also need anti-inflammatory (pain killer/antipyretic agents). See your primary physician/ENT specialist for a prescription. Wishing you the best of health. Regards.
