What Causes Throat Discomfort On The Right Side While Suffering From Dysphagia?

Hello, I have a dysphagia for 7 months now. Doctors don t know what to do to help me. When I was eating, always had to clear my throat and touch the right side of my throat. I can feel that the right side is really tense most of the time. I don t know what to do anymore.
