Hi, I have been checked by ear nose throat doctor. I have gastritis on Prevacid and ZANTAC 300mg at night. I cough when I drink too hit too cold and now hen I swallow I feel pain left side on my throat and going down I feel its scraping against something weird feeling. I m worried about esophageal cancer..

Age, other risk factors, and symptoms like not able to swallow the food, weight loss, heartburn, and vomiting are symptoms of cancer.
But I think you should not worry about it because you already had ENT consultation.
