What Causes Throat Infection And High Fever?
Hello doctor. My son Dhruv has infection in his throat due to which he also suffers from fever that raises frequently upto 102 . Doctor prescribed alaspan syp. for ten days.should I go through this process. Doctor told us that at the back of his throat there may be lump.

As per your history, it may be due to sore throat or throat infection.
For fever you can take tablet acetaminophen.
Do saline or Betadine gargles. Take steam inhalation twice a day.
You may require antibiotics, complete hemogram, chest X Ray after physician consultation.
Keep your self hydrated. Take proper rest.
