What Causes Throat Infections And Gas Related Problems For A 35-year-old Mother?
I have frequent health issues. I am 35 yrs old female, mother of a 5 year old child. I get throat infections and gas related issues so frequently that every one month or so i am on different antibiotics. Also I get heart burns frequently. Will there be something serious?
Understanding your concern. As per your query your mother have symptoms of throat infections and gas related problems which is due to excessive production of acid by stomach and due to upper respiratory tract infection. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to modify living style and go for walk on daily basis. Do Not lay down immediately after having food and do warm saline gargles 3 to 4 times a day. You should avoid spicy food. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined and start treatment after proper diagnosis. You7 should start with proper course of antibiotics a long with antacids. Take soft foods to avoid irritation to the throat. Throat lozenges one every 4 hours is helpful.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
