What Causes Throat Pain Along With Clear Gel Like Discharge From Mouth And Headache?

I hv been experiencing ds problem for last 6 yrs,it started wd throat pain then clear gel like substance start coming out of my mouth,now it started pain at both sides of my head ie at my temples and in my jaw line ,also there is swelling on my upper part of head at front side.Please tell me d reason for this,what is the disease and how it can be cured.I m 34yrs old .

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain and presentation of symptoms gel like discharge from mouth can be due to Chronic Sinusitis or due to post nasal drip or can also be due to acid reflux causing throat irritation..

Headache and forehead swelling can also be due to Sinusitis.

Nothing to worry, consult an ENT expert and get evaluated and clinical evaluation and necessary investigations like X rays and blood investigation can help in making a confirmatory diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..

As of now take anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen for relieving pain and swelling..
