As per your complain it seems that bleeding from mouth while brushing seems most probably be due to gum inflammation secondary to infection and it is one of the most common cause for bleeding while brushing.. Throat pain can be due to throat infection, acid reflux, post nasal drip etc and needs evaluation.. Slate pencil addiction can be due to causes like Ion deficiency anaemia, parasitic infestation, impulse control disorder etc.. I would suggest you to consult a General Physician and get evaluated and blood tests can help in diagnosis of the cause of addiction and throat swab culture for throat pain.. AN evaluation of the gums can be done by a dentist for ruling out the condition of gums and if there is infection scaling and antibiotic ointment massage will help..
