What Causes Throat Pain, Stomach Ache, Heartburn And Shortness Of Breath?

I have a question my right side hurts down low my splain feels swolling so does my throat and my stomach hurts bad heartburn I spit up black stuff and couple weeks ago it was blood and I feel ligh headed and shortness of breath feels like im dieng on some occasions what could be wrong

smoking ,junk food ,pain killer cause heart burn.
take fresh fruits.
avoid alcohol,colas,coffee,smoking.
take ant.acid.
consult your doctor for physical examination.
he will order for ecg,echo,gastric endoscopy.
treatment depend on cause.
