General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It is quite common immediately after anti reflex surgery. As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. Generally it will settle by couple of days. If symptoms persist better to consult a gastroenterologist and plan for an endoscopy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
