Hi, I have this pain in both sides of my throat when I swallow. They feel like bumps when I swallow. About a year ago a doctors said my lymph nodes didn t look swollen and it might be allergies. However, it has now been well over a year of this. There is dryness as well. I will say the swallowing pain and tightness is the most concerning part. What could this be?
