What Causes Throat Pain While Swallowing?
Hi I m 19 years old and I have been experiencing pain in my throat , whenever I swallow or yawn it hurts . I thought it was just a common cold or something but I had this pain for 4 weeks now , do you think I need to see a doctor now , or should i wait a couple more weeks to see if it goes away ?

Since this has gone on for almost a month it's time to see a doctor since it wouldn't be a viral pharyngitis and it may be strep throat that requires a course of antibiotics like amoxicillin
