What Causes Throat Pain,pounding Sensation In Heart And Headache?
I have throat pain at the base of my throat, a lump-like feeling in my throat, it becomes severe when I bend over. This has developed in the last couple of days. Additionally it feels as if my heart is pounding in my throat.I have had a headache and my sinus area seem inflamed.I took omeprazole and exedrine (not at same time) the exception gave a little relief
Since you are experiencing pain in the throat and feeling a lump. You are suggested to get clinically examined by an ENT. Get all required blood and imaging tests done. If pharyngitis, tonsil or tonsil stones or other pathology is detected than you will be treated accordingly with medicines or surgery as need be.
In case, its globus pharyngeus than you will be treated for GERD, acid reflux issues and any anxiety disorders. Take omeprazole or pantoprazole (pan-40), one SOS for relieve. Avoid oily spicy food. Take food in time. Take adequate sleep. Avoid doing late night works. Take acetaminophen for relieve from headache. Avoid addictions if any.
