Hi, welcome to our site. I am Dr Saumya Mittal, MD.
Read your query. That is a very significant question and i appreciate your problem. I will try my best to answer your query
This may be a feature of
migraine. A
throbbing headache is typical to a migraine. The migraine may be associated with other features like
photophobia,
phonophobia,
nausea or vomitting. However it is not always that the associated symptoms develop. Sometimes, only headache may occur. Or individual symptoms may occur on their own.
The similar complaints, especially in view of the symptom of disbalance may also occur in a few srokes especially cerebellar.
However, I dont think this latter diagnosis is much possible.
Still the possibility needs to be checked for sure. So I suggest an
MRI of the brain.
I hope this helps you. Inform the reports mentioned above/if any other so I can be of help further.
