What Causes Throbbing Pain And Bleeding After Having Bowel Movement Post Anal Sex?
I had anal sex a few days ago and it was super rough ever since then I have been having the worst throbbing pain it gets worse when. I see and if I move my bowels forget about it I literally tear up and when I wipe it s just blood and clear stuff I m starting to feel really concerned

Pain after anal sex is mostly because of an anal injury leading to anal fissure. Anal fissure is a small crack in the anal mucosa. It also causes bleeding from anus. The following are treatment options for the condition:
1) Anovate cream is to be applied with an applicator twice daily for 5 days
2) Prevent straining at stools
3) For smooth stool, high fiber diet is preferred
4) A laxative like syrup LOOZ 15 ml daily once at bed time
5) Sitz bath is very helpful. Take a tub of warm water and add betadine solution few drops and then sit in the tub. It's very helpful in relieving the pain.
If the pain doesn't relieve or if bleeding increases, please do consult a physician.
