What Causes Throbbing Pain In Stomach Radiating Towards Middle Back?

Since morning I have had a pain on my left side which is like a throbbing dull ache extending from my left side stomach area round to middle back. My tummy also feels bloated. It is making me feel very tired and uncomfortable. Please can you advise.

I really appreciate your concern, dyspepsia could be the reason for this and it may be self limiting one if this does not comes around on its own then you can try "Tab Dicyclomine Acetaminophen" three times in day and this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
