What Causes Throbbing Pain In The Back After Urinating?
Experiencing throbbing pain in my back in kidney area after I urinate Goes away in 5 minutes or so after I urinate. I am a big water drinker and I often have a full bladder whenI go with a nice full stream. Urine is usually light colored. No pain when I go. Just throbbing in back area after.
Hello, thanks for writing in. After reading your post, I would like to consider a urinary tract origin for your pain- especially a stone. Your pain is associated with the act of urinating, and typically felt in the flank region- where the kidneys are located. I would suggest an ultrasound, as well as a routine urine/culture to start with. It is great that you drink a lot of water..keep it up. Hope this is helpful. Do write in if you have any other questions. Take care.
