What Causes Throbbing Sensation And Pain In Head While Passing Stool?

Whenever I go to the toilet, as I push out a poop, my head absolutely throbs, and it is so painful but only lasts about five seconds and then I'm completely fine, sometimes I feel like I will pass out, why is this happening? And I do not strain I do not honk, it is just when a big one releases, my head kills me

Dear friend,I have read your problem very carefully.it seems that you are absolutely fine except the problem you have told us.i think there is hardly any reason for you to think of any serious disease .whatever is happening to you is quite psychological event.next time while you defecates ,just try to take your mind away from that problem .and I am sure exercising this everyday will eventually help you to get rid of this problem.thank you for your consultation.
