What Causes Throbbing Sensation In Forehead Along With Headache?

I have had a headache for a week now. It is worse at times than at other. Just about 15 minutes ago I had this trobbing feeling in my forehead not a painful just a very strange feeling that continued for about 5 to 10 minutes. Should i be conserned?

Most of the headaches are functional in origin and some how related with stress, depression, most of the time this comes around even without the medicine, just relax, have some sleep, drink some water, hope this information helps, take care.
