After working several days straight at 12 hrs day and or sitting in small boat for 3 days it actually is hard to stand, walk or get up or down. Wake up and had severe charlie horses in both legs last night and havent had those befor. Am seriously thinking of going to health clinic here where I am working. Been taking lots of tylenol and pain aids at work then nyquil at night trying to sleep. Pain seems to move from front of shin to calf muscle then just deep throbbing pain.
