What Causes Tickling Sensation In The Chest While Having Anxiety And Acid Reflux?
I have been having a mild tickling sensation in my upper left chest that sometimes have a burning sensation? I m 25 years old and deal with anxiety disorder and was told I have acid reflux. Could this be heart related I ve never had this sensation before.

Avoid citrus foods, spicy food, alcohol drinking, smoking, coffee and chocolate. Drink more water per day. Avoid stress and anxiety. Yoga and meditation is helpful to you. Eat a small amount of meal and chew properly. Avoid immediate lying down after meal. Do Walking after meal. Elevate your head during sleeping by two cushion. After taking this much care still symptoms are present then consent a physician for further treatment.
