What Causes Tickling Sensation On The Penis Tip?

I have a tickle in the tip of my penis in the urethra. Doesn t hurt, doesn t burn to urinate, no sores/itching/scabs, no drainage. I had sex 4 days ago which is why I m concerned. I m going to a Dr. tomorrow, but starting to panic. It s been 4 days and the tickle is the only symptom, doesn t hurt, just bothersome. I have noticed my urine looked a little cloudy, but I may just be freaking out. Suggestions?

Tingling sensation of the tip of penis can be due to anxiety,contact dermatitis,traumatic damage to the nerves of penis,diabetes,prostatitis,genital herpes,urethritis and STD’s like Gonorrhea and Syphilis.

I would suggest you to keep the area clean and wear cotton underwears. Also apply a mild steroid cream like Dermacort on the penis.If the symptoms persist then the above said conditions have to be ruled out.Please consult a urologist in that case.
