General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to balanitis that cause tight fore skin.
I would suggest to consult the urologist for examination and swab test to detect the infection.
Following advises will helpful after clinical examination:
Take hot bath and clear segma then
Application of mild steroid ointment
Application of the man-1-man oil formulation
Application of clotrimazole gel
Avoid sex till you get better and if to be performed then use barrier contraception.
Hope this may help you

Contact further if follow up needed
