What Causes Tight Foreskin With Cuts On It After Oral Sex?
Ok im not circumsized so i am cautious in keeping it cled. About a week and a half, i recieved oral sexfrom this good looking girl ive known for years. Anyways i noticed my foreskin had tightened had long cuts to it and my skin was peeling. I forced the skin back that when i noticed the cotton fields. I cleand it up put neosporin on it and it went away for a few days now it seems worse more white goo is coming from the red soures. I poured hydroperoxide on it and all this white goo came from the red sores. The sores arent protruding out skin ie smooth what do you think it is

I really appreciate your concern, it could be formation of some lesion and in my opinion it can be managed with Povidone Iodine cream it may even comes around if the good care of wound being taken like keep the area clean and dry, if it fails to heal then better to see the doctor hope this information helps.
