What Causes Tight Foreskin?

Hi,I am a 66 y/o male. I am not circumcised. Lately, I have been having problems retracting my foreskin. I have superficial cracks lengthwise of my penis near the tip of my foreskin.When I try to retract my foreskin the cracks open up and bleed.I would equate these cracks to the ones that would occur in chapped lips of the mouth. It is impossible to retract my foreskin when I have an erection. Painful when flaccid. The cracks will health if I go for a few days without retracting my foreskin, however, my foreskin seems to tighten even more. Please advise.Thank you,Alden Penney

I really appreciate your concern, chances of forming the para-phimosis is very likely what the history is given here, if this is the case then it may needs surgery till then do not try to retract the skin any more hope this information helps.
