What Causes Tight Foreskin,itching Sensation And White Creamy Formation On Penis?
My penis foreskin tight,severe cut marks,white spot near cut marks, itching while white cremy things lare gathered inside.Suffering from one and half months.I also take high pressure medicine from last 6 months .I also try Soframycine,Neosporin,T-Bact cream but no curing.

Tight foreskin is known to cause cut marks due to friction and infection leading to itching and discharge. The creams which you have tried is antibacterial and gives you relief temporarily.
For permanent cure, you need to undergo removal of foreskin by circumcision operation.
