What Causes Tight Sensation In The Chest And Breathing Difficulty?

I am experiencing upper abdomen discomfort, feel tightness in chest, somewhat difficult getting deep breath. occurred late this morning, after taking Ranitidine, improved. Began again about an hour ago, around 7:00 PM. Took another ranitidine, hoping for relief soon, (I have not taken my Lipitor yet today, began it this past Monday. Advice?

it might be due to gastritis.
Gastritis is an inflammation of the protective lining of the stomach. Acute gastritis involves sudden, severe inflammation.
extreme alcohol consumption
routine use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) like ibuprofen and aspirin
cocaine use
tobacco use
stress
Gatritis can be reduced by antacids and probiotics
foods recommended are
highfiber foods such as apples, oatmeal, broccoli, carrots, and beans.
lowfat foods such as fish, chicken, and turkey breast.
foods with low acidity
drinks that are not carbonated.
