Among the medications you use Amlodipine is the one that might cause leg tightness and swelling. This effect is completely reversible with the stop of Amlodipine. Please talk to your doctor on this and if you can try to quit Amlodipine for a while to verify if this is its side effect. If the swelling subsides when you Amlodipine, than it is confirmed that it is it s side effect and your doctor can decide to substitute it with another drug that doesn t cause this side effect. If the swelling does not improve in the following weeks than other causes should be considered and proper examination is needed.
