What Causes Tightening, Fluttering Feeling In Chest When Diagnosed With Heart Murmur?

i am a 21 year old female. my chest has been having tightening and fluttering episodes . My dad has an artificial heart valve due to a deformation in his aortic valve. I was tested young and had a heart murmur but since then have not been told anything was wrong until i started having chest pains. Also, my knuckles randomly turn blue on my hands...left then right hand.
