What Causes Tightness And Burning Sensation In The Stomach?

Woke up with a stomach pain.. nothing too bad.. went to the gym and ate had an appetite I was fine.. then I got to work (retail at Marshalls) and it became so bad that I was zoning out and hunched over it hurt to stand straight up.. i don t have a fever but I can t even describe this pain.. maybe a tightness burning sensation

As you mentioned you have problem of abdominal burning sensation in stomach that may be because of gastritis or gastroesophageal reflux disease or ulcer or other reasons..

Stress or indigestion or too fatty foods may lead to burning sensation in stomach..
Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
Abdominal ultra sonography is helpful for further diagnosis.
