What Causes Tightness And Enlargement In My Left Testicle?
I have an external urethral orifice irratation that started yesterday. More than 12 months ago I started having issues with my left testicle such as tightness and enlarging, especially during a bowel movement. I am 41 now and I use to have urinary tract infections often as a teenager.
