What Causes Tightness And Pain In Chest During Pregnancy?
I am 32 weeks pregnant. I m having chest pains by my heart and feel tightening. I feel it even while resting. I could be watching a tv show or doing dishes. I went to a cardiologist and he told me to take a few test. They all came back fine. What do you think it could be.

Well come to HCM
This is third trimester running and such symptom is very likely and this could be due to upward displacement of gastric region, better to have your meal in three part, sleep in little slant position, you can try some antacid, it is already 32 weeks gone so if you can try (PPI) proton pump inhibitor so it wont be harmful "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg would be nice just once in day" hope this information helps, take care.
