I have had a tight chest for 3 days, I had sharp pain right near the sturnum that wasn't too bad but went to the hospital. They done an ECG and said my heart looked fine and also did some blood work for heart damage/disease and said it was fine. They couldnt tell me why i have tightness or pain. Then 1 day later while driving in the car, Having had tight chest for 3 days A sudden sharp very painful sensation that lasted 2 seconds hit my chest, stealing my air. And no pain after but stil the tightness. Im rather scared and dont know what's causing this.
