What Causes Tightness And Pain In Penis Foreskin?

i can pull up my penis skin when it is small but cannot pull it up when it is big. also when i participated in sex with my partner spum coming outside. when we do sex using condom there is no problem at all but if we do directly i am suffering little bit pain. Is there any suggestion?

It's called Phimosis. The solution is to get circumcision or cut in frenulum by a surgeon. Foreskin, if tight, may cause problem (paraphimosis) some day when penis is erect.
