What Causes Tightness And Pressure In The Lower Abdomen?

Hi. I have had tightness/pressure in my lower abdomen for about a week. I am having some uncomfortable urination like I am not emptying all the way and it almost feels like some air in there. I am now also having some tightness in my belly button. I gave a urine sample to my doctor. No blood or infection found.

it is a problem leading to involvment of urinary bladder may be calculi or incontinence. take kub lower abdomen for confirming diagnosis. urine examination can be repeated. if requered culture and sensitivity can be done.
