What Causes Tightness And Tenderness On The Upper Stomach After An Injury?

I tripped and fell hard onto the edge of the stove top landing with impact onto my upper stomach. This happened on Thanksficing day. Today as the day has gone on I feel quite uncomfortable where the impact was. There is a visible bruise but also a tight, full, and uncomfortable feeling that has gotten worse today. Very tender. In accordance with the history, it might be a collection of blood in rectus sheath (a muscle and it's covering sheath ),if it is not troubling you much, it usually resolves in few days, if it is bothering you much, I would suggest you to visit a surgeon for complete evaluation and treatment
