What Causes Tightness In Abdomen And Loss Of Appetite?
for the past couple of days i have felt sick, physically thrown up once, but have sever loss of appetite, tried 2 eat but just can't, now feel week and light headed. mainly had sore lower ribs and felt higher abdominals tight, like someone has a rope round my lower ribs and is pullin it tighter and tighter. i just don't know what it is, do you have any clues as to what it could be plz?

Well come to HCM
This could be due to Gastritis, if I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this case with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day, with Tab Domperidone once in day, this would come around soon, take care (Comments:- Abdominal disease disturbs the whole system of body in human being, be it pathological or functional in origin)
