I am a 19 year old, 128 lb female and I have been experiencing tightness in my chest for over a few months, which feels like a muscle pain mostly on the left side with no other symptoms. i havnt been exercising very frequently either. I have had a repair to my Double Aortic Arch Vascular Ring when I was 3mos old and i had also been diagnosed with Hashismoto Thyroiditis when I was 12/13 years old. I recently had a fibroidenoma removed in March 2014. I am currently not taking any medication. Thank you for your time
