What Causes Tightness In Chest And Tiredness With Anxiety Problems?

i suffer from anxiety and am currently on medication but i still tend to feel anxious. I have tightness of the chest all the time and recently i have been feeling really tired and shivery. Is this still anxiety or could it be something more serious?

The symptoms, you have mentioned, are more towards anxiety disorder, so better to consult a psychiatrist for proper management. I think, you need low dose antidepressant and benzodiazepine that would help you to control the symptoms. You can also try relaxation exercise like JPMR.
