What Causes Tightness In Chest, Nausea And Headache?
I got tightness in my chest going out through my shoulder blades then felt nauseus and got a headache and got hot I had been working in the garden I rested for a while and it has passed off .This happened to me about three weeks ago again. I am eighty two years old

We cannot diagnose here but given your symptoms and age please make sure to seek medical evaluation as soon as you can to rule out any cardiac involvement and see what your physician recommends. Please make sure that you also stay hydrated as it has been quite hot lately. If the symptoms return you should seek care immediately
