What Causes Tightness In Chest Post Intake Of Methylprednisolone?

I m on my fourth day taking Methylprednisolone, 4 mg tablets, and I get this tightness on my chest, and kind of painful going towards my neck and back side, today the pain has transferred to the upper back between my shoulder blades, mostly on my right side, like underneath the shoulder blade. If I breath in deeply it hurts more. Should I call my doctor? Is this something that will go away once I finish it? Thanks

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome at HCM
I appreciate your health concerns
Are you asthmatic? Any hypertension? Have you done your chest x ray?
If you are asthmatic then yiy should continue with your medicines. Inhaler pump is very good in this setting.
If I am your attending physician I will definitely get your chest x ray and ECG.
Meet your physician for proper assessment.
Regards
Dr saad Sultan
