Hi doctor, lam srinivas 27 years old.problem is that tighten fore skin on pennis.. I have tried to pull it back .. it went successfully back.. but the problem is here that the inner pennis is getting pain while anything is touching to that area.. please advise me what can I do in this case
I shall make an effort to provide you with good professional recommendations specific to your questions. The condition is known as Phimosis which is the inability to retract the foreskin behind the head (glans) of the penis. Applications of steroid creams have been used to manage phimosis medically. The usual regimen is application of the steroid cream once or twice daily for 4-6 weeks. Studies have shown a success rate of 87% with this treatment. If it does not work you have to go for minor surgery.
As these ointments are prescription medicines i can not prescribe without examining you, so i advice you to visit doctor for examination and prescription.
Yet again, I duly appreciate your query to me, I do hope that you have found something useful to help you and I shall be glad to answer any further apprehensions.
Sincerely
I find this answer helpful
