What Causes Tightness In Lower Back Along With Pain In Shoulder And Neck?

Hi i was in a bad car accident years ago. I hurt my shoulder my neck and my back. I was getting slightly better but now even three blocks is to much for me. My lower back gets so tight that I have to stop and take a break. I m male and 51 years of age can this be my weight or something else. Thanks for helping me out.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms are very likely to happens in soft tissue injuries and swelling and it may take some time, to come around till then this can be managed with "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg" as per needed, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
