What Causes Tightness In Right Side Of Chest When Diagnosed With Hypertension?

I am concerned because I have been having a tightness in the right side of my chest for most of this afternoon and evening. It seems worse when I bend over. I am 53 and have hypertension which I take medication for, but am wondering if this is worth a trip to emergency room or should I monitor it

Thanks for your query on Healthcare Magic
Dear friend tightness of chest can be due to simple gastritis or can be a bronchial asthma if you are very much clear of both disease that is impossible for you then it is an emergency to see ekg and should see cardiac status.. as you are hypertensive you should be having regular checkup on your health status.
Thank you
