It is arthritis/ Osteoarthritis/ onset of gout. But toe is not mentioned.

Lose your weight. Your digestion be corrected. If mucous is accumulated in gut, clean it.

Basic treatment is reduce wt, take analgesic, anti inflammatory. It could be allopathic or Ayurvedic.

Allopathic would be quick. Ayurveda slow.

Allopathic will never curb the disease. Ayurveda has the potential to curb/or stop progression of disease.

Allopathic will have side effects. Ayurveda will not have side effects.

Allopathic has brufen, colcichin etc ( for gout). Ayurveda has Haridra (turmeric), Guduchi ( Giloy), Manjishtha capsules.

Allopathic will not need food restrictions. Ayurveda will have such restrictions.

Ayurveda recommends gentle massage of Guduchyadi and Mahavishgarbh oil. Follow hot fomentation post massage. Allopathy doesnt recommend such massage.

Choice is yours. My choice is Ayurveda....SLOW but curative properties.

It will help you. Definitely.
