What Causes Tightness In The Chest Across The Breast Area?
i have chest tightnes, mainly across left breast area and under arm. i had breast cancer left sid with four lymph nodes removed under left arm six years ago. i have hada ct scan which was negative, the tightnes is getting worse as it is there all the time now rather than just on exertion. could it be caused by anxiety or scar tissue

Scar tissue can cause such pain , you can consult a dermatologist for the same. Also get a chest x ray done to look for any other cause.
