What Could Cause Itching And Rashes At The Back And Inside The Upper Leg?

Hi I have been on 3 different hormone treatments since I completed my breast cancer treatment the 3rd one being Aromasin 25mg for a total 2 years Aromasin probably 1year .I am experiencing itching and a rash at the back and inside my upper legs ,both hips and small patches on my body also itchy scalp and I think my urine is darker could this be a reaction to the drug?

Hi,

It may be fungal infection.... tinea corporis and tiinea cruris .Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would recommend you to apply antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream. Take antifungal tablets like tab ketoconazole 200 daily with antihistaminics like cetirizine 10 mg daily.

Improve hygiene and immunity. Keep the skin dry. Avoid soap bath. You may use dettol liq for bath.
