Hi,

Incruse Ellipta (umeclidinium) Inhalation Powder is an anticholinergic drug used for the long-term, once-daily, maintenance treatment of airflow obstruction in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), including chronic bronchitis and/or emphysema. They have a slower onset of bronchodilation. Hence you need to take β2-agonists which prevent all bronchoconstrictor mechanisms, with umeclidinium which inhibits only the cholinergic reflex component of bronchoconstriction.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
